As manager, Nicole oversees CAC’s General Operating Support grant program, building relationships with and providing technical assistance, guidance and support to grant recipients and applicants.

Prior to joining CAC, Nicole served as the Northeast coordinator for Equality Ohio and at the Cleveland Institute of Music’s Robinson Music Library. Her work for statewide LGBTQ advocacy included grassroots engagement, communications and partnerships with numerous Northeast Ohio institutions. In her spare time, Nicole works with community leaders and residents to facilitate tech solutions for social justice problems, as a co-founder of Hack Cleveland. She is a 2015 White House LGBTQ Tech & Innovation Fellow, Neighborhood Connections grantmaking committee member and volunteer with Vital Neighborhoods.

Nicole holds a bachelor of music degree in clarinet performance from the University of Akron and resides in Cleveland’s Larchmere / Shaker Square neighborhood.
