The Chinese Thread Book is an obscure folk art that originated in rural China and may still be found in some remote areas. The thread book was used like a sewing kit to store thread, needles, fabric and patterns. We will learn how to make a thread book using traditional paper folding techniques and styles of decoration. At the end of the workshop, each student will have completed a traditional thread book with up to 15 compartments.

Pricing: $229.50 (early registration cost until April 15th); $255 (after early registration discount period is over)
