Join Heights Arts for an opening reception of “Herbert Ascherman Jr.: 40 Years,” the first career retrospective of Cleveland’s preeminent living portrait photographer. While making his living in portraiture, Ascherman also pursued passions in other photographic genres—street photography, nudes, and landscapes. This exhibition gathers approximately 60 key works from all of those interest areas, selected by the photographer and Heights Arts, which powerfully represent his wide-ranging career.
