Join Dr. Roy Larick and Shaker Historical Society's Ware Petznick for a hike around the Shaker Lakes. Connect with these familiar landmarks while exploring the interwoven natural forces and historical events that have shaped the man-made lakes. Learn how early settlers used the lakes and about how the ecology of the lakes functions today. Hikers will meet at Shaker Historical Society for the two-hour hike (parking is available on the north side of S. Park Boulevard).

Pricing: $5, payable in cash or check at the beginning of the hike. Please register online at www.doanbrookpartnership.org
