The Guest Operations Lead provides quality leadership and direction to staff and provides a positive and professional guest experience to zoo visitors. This job will assist in the daily operation of the zoo which will include guest parking, pedestrian flow, lost and found, first aid and resolving guest issues. The lead supervises and trains rides and transportation drivers ensure effective operation zoo ride attractions. The incumbent trains staff to have a positive customer service attitude and image, dependability, good judgment, diplomacy and appropriate confidentiality to all internal and external stakeholder groups
