Job Description

This position performs administrative and logistical support to the Education Department of ideastream. Qualifications include: In depth level knowledge of office procedures, systems and machines. Basic understanding of budgeting and financial reporting. Computer proficiency –strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of Salesforce or Great Plains software a plus. Demonstrated ability to work without supervision. Demonstrated ability to interact with high level supporters and personnel. Good written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, trust, tact and diplomacy. Experience: Three to five years’ experience in a professional administrative or office management role. Familiarity with K-12 environment or public broadcasting a plus Education: Associate’s Degree in Business or similar training required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
