Cuyahoga Arts & Culture announces that Joseph P. Gibbons, Esq. and Eliza Wing have been appointed, and Steven A. Minter has been reappointed, to serve on Cuyahoga Arts & Culture’s Board of Trustees. Mr. Gibbons will fill a vacancy for an unexpired term ending March 31, 2015, and Ms. Wing will fill a vacancy for a term commencing April 1, 2014, and ending March 31, 2017. CLEVELAND (December 10, 2013) – Cuyahoga Arts & Culture announces that it will invest $13,700,000 in grants in 57 arts and culture organizations in Cuyahoga County next year through its 2014 General Operating Support grant program. The grants range in value from $11,609 to $1,730,876. Cuyahoga Arts & Culture Receives Clean Audit for Sixth Consecutive Year

Ohio Auditor of State Finds No Deficiencies in CAC Financial Audit

CLEVELAND (June 17, 2013) – For the sixth year in a row, Cuyahoga Arts & Culture’s annual financial review by the Ohio Auditor of State has resulted in a clean audit report (available on the Auditor of State’s website). For its fiscal year 2012, Cuyahoga Arts & Culture (CAC) was awarded the highest rating and the Auditor of State Award, which includes no findings for “recovery, material citations, material weaknesses, significant deficiencies, Single Audit findings or questioned costs.” Each year since CAC was created by the voters of Cuyahoga County, it has achieved a clean audit report.
