Cuyahoga Arts & Culture Supports Free Summer Arts Events in Public Square

CLEVELAND (April 27, 2017) – This summer, Cuyahoga County residents and visitors to Public Square in downtown Cleveland will be able to enjoy a variety of free arts and culture events thanks to Arts & Culture in the Square, a program to bring additional programming to downtown Cleveland’s outdoor Public Square. Cuyahoga Arts & Culture (CAC) will support nine new projects in Public Square with funding from National Endowment for the Arts and Group Plan Commission, and in partnership with LAND studio.  Arts & Culture in the Square will take place from May to August 2017 and programs and events will be free and open to the public. More...

Cuyahoga Arts & Culture Seeks Ideas for “Arts & Culture in the Square”

CLEVELAND (March 3, 2017) – Cuyahoga Arts & Culture (CAC) seeks ideas for Arts & Culture in the Square, a program to bring additional arts and culture programming to downtown Cleveland’s outdoor Public Square. For the seventh year in a row, Cuyahoga Arts & Culture’s annual financial review by the Ohio Auditor of State has resulted in a clean audit report available on the Auditor of State’s website. For its fiscal year 2013, Cuyahoga Arts & Culture (CAC) was awarded the highest rating and the Auditor of State Award, which includes no findings for “recovery, material citations, material weaknesses, significant deficiencies, Single Audit findings or questioned costs.” Each year since CAC was created by the voters of Cuyahoga County, it has achieved a clean audit report. Cuyahoga Arts & Culture Now Accepting Applications for Project Support Grants in 2014
