Project Support Grant Program Overview

The CAC Project Support (PS) grant program's primary purpose is to support Cuyahoga County based projects that promote public access and encourage the breadth of arts and/or cultural programming in our community.

Project Support grant applications are awarded annually; projects must take place between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012. Organizations must meet eligibility criteria as outlined in the PS Guidelines and verified through an "Intent to Apply" process.

Intent to Apply due: July 29, 2011 - by 4:30pm

Application due: September 14, 2011 - by 4:30pm


How to Apply to the 2012 PS Grant Program:

1. Read the Guidelines for the Project Support I and Project Support II grant programs.

2. Determine which of the two grant programs best meets your organization's needs and capacity. If you are not sure which program to apply for, click the link HERE.

NOTE: Organizations may apply for only one CAC grant program; organizations that currently receive General Operating Support 2011-2012 grants are not eligible for a Project Support grant in 2012.

3. Attend an "Intent to Apply" workshop in June to learn more about the process. To stay apprised of CAC events and news, including further workshop details, sign up for email updates below.

4. Submit your "Intent to Apply" by the deadline, 4:30 pm on July 29, 2011. Upon verification of eligibility, participants will be invited to begin the online application process. Begin your Intent to Apply.

5. Submit the PS I or PS II Application by the deadline, 4:30 pm on September 14, 2011.

6. Attend the panel review sessions on October 17, 18 and 19, 2011 to hear arts and culture experts review your grant application.
