Manager - Resident Engagement
Cuyahoga Arts & Culture seeks an action-oriented connector with strong local networks to lead the creation of CAC’s resident engagement strategy and oversee day-to-day activities that better connect CAC with residents of Cuyahoga County to achieve our mission. A well-qualified candidate will have organizing and volunteer management experience and demonstrated ability to build strong and trusted relationships among diverse audiences. The manager will: lead the development of a resident engagement strategy; build and manage CAC’s street team/volunteer cohort; oversee CAC’s investment in Neighborhood Connections (grassroots grants program); and ensure that residents participate and shape the future of CAC’s work. This manager may also oversee additional special projects, as they emerge.
