What to Expect at April’s Board of Trustees Meeting

Cuyahoga Arts & Culture’s Board of Trustees has its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, April 10 at 4 pm in the Miller Classroom at Idea Center, 1375 Euclid Ave., Cleveland. We hope you will join us.

Here’s what you can expect:
  • 2019 Project Support Guidelines. The board will be asked to review and approve guidelines for the 2019 Project Support program. While CAC strives for continuous improvement, no policy changes are proposed for the 2019 Project Support program. The core program elements remain unchanged from the previous cycle.
  • Election of Officers and Affirmation of Policies. The board will hold its annual election of officers, affirm key agency policies and procedures, and appoint members to the Audit & Finance Advisory Committee.
  • Support for Artists Update. An update on CAC’s work to provide support and funding to Cuyahoga County artists in 2018 is provided in the public meeting materials
