What to Expect: Cuyahoga Arts & Culture’s April 24 Board Meeting

Cuyahoga Arts & Culture’s Board of Trustees will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday, April 24 at The Dealership in Shaker Heights. The meeting will begin at 3:30 p.m. with an executive session, and the regular meeting will begin at approximately 4 p.m.

Here’s what you can expect:

Grant Programs: The Board will discuss and take action on grantmaking guidelines for the General Operating Support 2020-21 and Project Support 2020 grant programs. The Board will also take action on a grant to provide Support for Artists programming in 2019-20 and contracts to provide capacity building and educational opportunities for grant recipients.

Administrative Matters: The Board will also take action on a variety of administrative matters, including the annual election of officers and reappointment of members to the Audit & Finance Advisory Committee. The Board will also provide a brief update on the search for CAC’s next Executive Director.
