Cuyahoga Arts & Culture invites nonprofit organizations producing, presenting, or creating arts and cultural programs in Cuyahoga County to apply for funding in 2027.

CAC is pleased to offer 2027 Project Support: Annual grants for nonprofits conducting arts and cultural projects in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Please note that General Operating Support is currently in the first year of a two-year commitment and will not accept applications in 2026.

The application form for 2027 Project Support must be completed by Thursday, June 25, 2026 by 4:30 pm ET. Early submissions are encouraged. All organizations seeking CAC Project Support funding in 2027, including current Project Support grant recipients, must complete the application to be considered for funding.

Starting in May 2026, CAC will be moving the application and reporting system to GOapply. This transition will happen in stages, starting with Project Support 2027 applications. Learn more.
