Starting in May 2027, CAC will be moving the application and reporting system to GOapply. This transition will happen in stages, starting with Project Support 2027 applications, and we are here to help at every step.
What does this mean for grantees and applicants?
- The GOapply platform is part of CAC's internal grants management system, which will allow for efficiencies and integrations for both staff and applicants.
- The system will house your historical data; you won't have to fill out things like your address and website with each application.
- Applications will remain streamlined and straightforward.
- Current grantees will close out their 2026 grants in the previous system, and fully transition to GOapply for 2027.
Which system should I use?
You should use GOapply if you are submitting:
- a 2027 Project Support application
You should use SurveyMonkey Apply if you are submitting:
- a 2026 Project Support Final Report
- a 2026 General Operating Support Mid-Year Report
What steps should I take now?
- 2026 Project Support recipients have received a system-generated invitation to GOapply. We suggest creating your account now, ahead of the opening of Project Support applications in early May. If you did not receive this email, please contact your grant manager.
- We encourage all grantees to log into SurveyMonkey Apply and download your previous applications and reports for your records.
